Old news now, but to all the naysayers about Mitt - He Won! It has been an amazing thing to watch from the inside. Nearly two years ago, many said to me, "there is no way Mitt Romney can get the nomination, you are dreaming." While they were sleeping, he continues to rise in the polls and is the likely nominee for the Republican Party, and with such, the next President of the United States!
Saturday, Mitt won the Iowa Straw Poll in Ames, the first step. ...and so the Campaign now begins with a great foundation.A few photos of the day!

Hooray for Ames! I am following this all very closely since I was at BYU with one of the Romney boys years ago. Although I'm an Arizonan & wanted McCain in 2000, I'm all for Mitt this time around for sure... best candidate by a long shot! Can't wait for the primaries! I think Ames sounds like a terrific place to spend your anniversary. Keep up the great work!
